Well, as far as I know the Toxin AR was a part of the old Mercenary Pack which was removed a long time ago. The Toxin SMG on the other hand is a part of the CURRENT Mercenary Pack which you can buy for 20 US$ and comes with a Dragonfly G-1 Scout BPO, some boosters, consumables and 40k AUR. Great pack but you can only buy it directly from the DUST 514 section of Playstation Store and you can only buy it once per account... OR you could just wait till full player trading is out and buy them from someone.

Of the current Mercenary Pack? Last time I checked it only let me buy it once and then completely vanished from PSN for me.
