I've heard of the invisible lav and I once saw an invisible driver.... I believed it to be a cloaked scout.

It's a bug. Something about having to get a fake fatal error or something. Only way to kill it is making the lav blow up... As in crashing it.

This LAV took direct hits from MD's, Swarms, even a PLC used by a squad mate with NO damage displayed. The guy was wrecking our team by road killing any and everyone. The driver was totally invisible the entire match.

By "crashing it" do you mean JIHAD jeeping it with another LAV or the driver crashing it?

I perform this glitch by plugging controller in the 2nd slot and driving from the passenger seat.

Anything to make the LAV blow up other than a gun.
For example, crushing it with a tank, make it ram into a wall hard enough to blow it up.
Anything that doesn't involve using a gun.

The reason I saw without a gun is because I shot one directly with a railgun from a tank. It just shields itself by the bullets just missing as in flying overhead or going to thr side.

Yes, the cheater was Gran Oswaldo from Chacales. LAV took multiple proto swarms with no damage, but the "driverless" LAV was able to roadkill me. Obviously cheating. This happened to me on 1-18-16 around 5:50 pm PST.
