The explosives issue, reduction on pg/cpu doesn't always go down with one point into the skill, it has to reach a percentage threshold for it to drop.
The rest, well, this is Dust514... It's probably not gonna change.
See, I can understand the distance but even visually, it shouldn't have been a kill.
As for the explosives thing, I needed only 2 CPU points to fot a pro assault rifle on my basic fitting. I skill explosives to 4 hoping it would bring down the CPU abit, but instead, now I need 4 points to fit one -_-
