Not gonna happen.
As V Snake pointed out, you already get AUR bonus as part of the Daily Login process (70/day if you're consistent) and there will be times when CCP offers AUR as an additional reward for Daily Missions during special events.
By the way, purchase SKIN modules from other players for ISK. So sell the AUR items back to the NPC market for ISK and then use that towards buying that from a player.

Which means that as of right now, it's a moot point to request being able to trade in AUR items for AUR if that player is just looking to buy the Quafe CA-M Skin module which I think can be traded. Just look for the icon with the circular arrows with silhouettes and a green check mark on top of it.

Most of the SKINs and a few of the Boosters can be traded between players. Of course, just like PLEX, they require at least one person to initially spend cash on it. And as we have seen with PLEX in Eve Online, CCP can actually benefit from it.
If CCP were to allow players to trade respecs, then you can imagine how much money they can get from it. Unfortunately, a lot of players will not spend much more money on this game until CCP makes an announcement as to the future of Dust.
