Hello I was killed by a CV.O. That had base HP, but done just shy of 4K DPS a shot. I take it upon my self to reverse Engineer this glorious tank...
so I when to work on this fit..
Here is what I got
One CV.O Gladus or Gunlogic.
Four Complex Damage mods
One Complex Heat Sink (or tade out for a Damage mod up to you)
One 80GJ Particle Railgun
and
two CPU up grades (or I did because of the Skill set back ).
I killed four tanks that match with this. You can't take a hit, but the other guy will be dead before you will be.
You have to fire first, or you lose. I like the tank a lot...

All it tha tank is, is a glass Cannon. Nothing special at all. You have to be a pretty crappy Tanker to let a Glass Cannon smeak up on you.

Sounds like the TIII German Tank STuG I have in War Thunder. Get me on the flanks of the map and in hard cover and I'm hard to spot and can penetrate most tank armour at 200m but if I'm caught in the open that flimsy few millimetres of angled armour doesn't do much for me.
Sure that might be a fair surprise anti-tank platform but I still recommend something with a little more HP. My personal favourite is the 'Siege Mode Gunnlogi' not to be confused with the 'Ceej Mode Gunlogi' because my tank skills a that little bit higher than his.
3x Comp Extenders
2x Comp Hardeners
2x Railguns (manned)
1x Blaster or Railgun
