Right now the nanites in MLT nanohives aren't big enough, the militia grenade depletes almost all of the nanites, either remove the grenade or make it so grenades are taken from a separate nanite pool.
Also the starter fits have uplinks, why would a new player using an assault-style suit need an uplink? Don't set people up to fail CCP, don't let new players run around with no ammo, give them a nanohive!
Remove drop uplinks from all starter fits
Give all starter fits nanohives as equipment
Tweak it so the 1 MLT grenade does not almost completely deplete the nanohive

How about we make the recon fits with actual light suits,give those suits the uplinks and presto.

Yes! This! Support equipment does not belong on the most basic of assault suits, it muddies the roles and confuses new players, they won't be having any fun running around with no ammo.
