If you're going to allow the other team to be combat effective from the Red Line (Snipers & Forge Gunners specifically) it'd be great if you'd fix the Red Line timer. It's frustrating enough that they can take part in the fight with almost no risk to themselves without adding in the frustration of dying with 3-5 seconds left on the timer. |

I think all damage going in or out of the redlines should be reduced by 90%
No one running into redlines and getting kills, no one camping in redlines with puss tanks or snipers.

Working as intended, considering this is a 3 year old bug.

Your best bet is to delete and reinstall Dust.
This has been confirmed as a display glitch so just do not look at the timer and try to time 20 seconds in your head. Good luck.
Funny how the game can not even count from 20 to 0 properly imo.

Reinstalling won't help.
The bug is caused by game displaying "you have been scanned" or "objective hacked" texts - on the same text area.
Hence, they compete with display time with redline timer, sometimes flickering. And as the timer counts down only when visible... Therefore there is still timer left after you've been in the redline for 20 seconds.
This bug is reproducible.

Interesting I had not seen that verification.
I guess I was just lucky to not get it much between my last reinstall and the time I pretty much stopped logging in.
I will still hop on to buy that Cal light quafe skin if you come across one.
