Lets face it, the 10 second wait is a drag and would be a perfect time to check your scores to see just how badly you are doing, please let us have the option to view the scoreboard.
Currently you have to wait to get back into battle, find a quiet spot and check it out by which time an enemy is right behind you unloading a clip! |

Nope, you can already check it and doing other things during the respawn time... You just need to be fast about it.

Start, X, down, X I think is the path to it, not sure if the d-pad shortcut works. You do have to be quick, though, it seems like it may cancel your spawn queue if it counts down too far while you have the scoreboard/menus up. I'm not sure what triggers that exactly, but I know I've had mine canceled several times while looking around at stuff. |

I think pressing circle to exit the scoreboard/menu also cancels your spawn... |

Well, I know you can safely back out of the menus without canceling the queue. I do it all the time. Maybe if you hammer one too many times from menu lag, it could cancel it, but you just have to be careful hitting circle around the spawn queue, or breathing really, it likes to just screw up whenever. ;) |
