The problem with PC now... is the same in The lord of Rings... everybody wanna take the "One Ring To rule them all" but that oly take you to the corruption. SOG and POK dissapoint many of the "lowered level latino Corps" because they are now do the same bull-sht who does the Big Blue Donnut two years ago...
The real solution to PC battle is the Auto-regulation, same as EVE... let the new players have a district and let them fight between those newbie corps... and the "veterans corps players" do the Fight Club again...
Divide the PC Battle Categories... and don't rush the newbie corps because "they can".

Also always the "general tso" aliance is always behind that.. Because they can farm the planets in EVE. A years ago was with Molon and Nyan, now with SOG and POK.

i dont think any of the big corps are going to take initiative because they all farming aswell. to take down and top corp its not about taking all the districts. The important thing is to be able to consistently beat SoG's A team, and if that happens then they will quit long before they lose all of there districts.
If the problem is the "timers", count with some Latino-taconet corps (with 2 years veterans / 60-80M SP averange), we don't share the way of SOG and POK do this things...
We know there tactics because also do them in battle.
