Doesn't take kaizuka or arirana glitching about to win a cal match. That's caldari's problem! It's either all or nothing with them, no consistency!
Even when Gal was getting the losing end we still squaded up to win a few. We didn't win the majority, but we didn't lay down and get raped willingly either smh?!
Caldari players squad up for 2-3 matches Q synced up to their ears! Lose 1 match, and all return to the pubs from whence they came lol?! Gallente squads will dog it out win, lose, or draw ALL DAY LONG some days lol! Most of the time guys in Gal only stop playinmg because they fluxed the wrong area, and was kicked lol!
Stop trying to Q sync the d*amn A-TEAM, and just go 8 deep with guys willing to play together.
Thing that I noticed as I find more Cal matches than I do Amarr matches is that Caldari players simply don't squad up. When the do however it's not difficult to pull a win or a very close match out of it.
Issue with Faction Warfare is that it has never been about loyalty and never will. It's about the LP store at the end of the day and groups willing to squad up to make the acquisition of LP easier for themselves.
The moment I get in a squad with Thal, Ceej Mantis, Truck Fist, Necron, etc is the moment that a potential day of Fac War losses turns into consistent wins or at least a slaughtering of the other team.

Uh.... if you copy my Amarr Assault AK.0 Heavy Infantry fit onto a Gallente Assault the only difference between them is that the Gall Assault loses out on 40 armour, has an additional 2.5 armour regenerated per second passively, and a negligible additional 10 points of shielding.
There is effectively no difference between them what so ever as you aren't getting any dropsuit bonuses that apply to repairs on the Gallente nor plates on the Amarr.
