NO! It's not happening. Not now, now ever.
I see... If that is the case then I suppose you are implying that their has been a spacial disturbance that has warped time and space around this event so that it is occurring perpetually in an infinite number of times. Which, the Universe has corrected for by keeping the release of Minmatar and Amarr vehicles from ever occurring.
Your reputation precedes you and your cognitive ability has proven itself to be most impressive.

There is just too much fundamentally wrong with vehicles at the moment That statement is far too narrow minded. If that had been CCP's line of thinking then the Caldari Scout and Amarr Scout would not be out now, nor the Ion Pistol, Magsec SMG nor Plasma Cannon.
I am certain players would rather have broken items rather than not have them at all.
You also forget that the addition of new gear tends to necessitate the rework of all items in that branch. Which would lead to any balance of the older items being irrelevant in the face of new racial varieties.

The problem is we can't tell you much more than that, and all we can do is wait :/ You're right. That is a problem. Patience. Lasting change is never swift. It is the magnitude of the material that is dashing: not the speed of its implementation.

Well it's been like 4 years and what we have still isn't balanced, so if we get new vehicles I wouldn't expect balance until the servers go down. But you're right, a crappy barely commited half ass attempt to round out the game they never completed would be a nice 4 year late start. They?
The original developers have been released from the company or have been delegated to other CCP projects. The developers of today were not the ones of yesterday. You must not crucify them for the folly of their predecessors because every man's failure is their own possession and it cannot be inherited by another. How the new developers deal with the crisis at hand is their responsibility, and must be what they are accounted for. In both praise and condemnation.

Only for those that have lost hope. Or found sense. If you believed what you typed you would not be here now. Or perhaps you are mad in your belief that doing the same thing over and over again will result in anything new or different.
Hope does not work so. One never stops hoping because it allows us to continue to believe without looking back: without going mad. It is a single action that can run as long as no will is broken or made physical.
