It makes them unbelievably hard to drop! You're definitely not going to kill them in the initial engagement! Wait til they reload which is when they do the limbo, and they're hard to kill because the hitbox is smallest when they are limbo lol! It's completely cheesy, but the glitch also seems to effect their speed as well. They usually run scout or min assault(Tanked scout with less eWAR).
Your options are engage head up, which doesn't work. Engage, disengage, re-engage, but due to their speed and dmg effectiveness this barely works either unless you double team them. You'll notice most of the abusers always engage 1 v 1! This is because they can drop your dropsuit in the first magazine due to the outstanding dmg. This mentality is a product of modded controllers not being dealt with in the early stages. They used the same tactics with that as well. Once a cheater as they say....
Once you learn the traits of players like these you may not be able to beat them in most 1 v 1 engagements, but you can coordinate a team to beat them. They'll have high K/D, but lose most battles. Avoid low rep fits, slow tanky fits, and 1 v 1 engagement. Keep your fits fast and reppy so you can move to regen. If you don't play this way attempt to balance tank/rep fits evenly. Always stay within range of green/blue teammates. Don't shoot for the finish, shoot to drop shileds. You only need to keep them away from points.
The problem with players in this game is their addiction to K/D on both sides of the spectrum. Abusers want to feel invincible, and they suck without their glitches and mods. Players who encounter the abusers refuse to use their head and counter effectively. Sometimes the effective counter is to disengage, or die so the team wins. I've repeatedly targeted abusers on purpose so as to make sure they don't attack the point, or my teammates. I care not for K/D as to me it's just a number so i'll gladly play cannon fodder for the team. In fact my fits are built for it lol! My tanks are the same way. I build them with the team in mind, and will drive into AV all day to help my team win.
My opinion, cheaters are cheaters. No way to justify it. Don't wanna hear excuses about "oh they doing it so...", or "bruh what's wrong with turbo controller's?" The fact remains that you're using something to give yourself an edge that your lack of skill could not produce.
