Good day,
I don't know if anyone has thought about or mentioned this in the forums before, probably has, but the time it takes to kneel down and inject someone could be different for different levels.
I know most will think I'm suggesting 5% decrease (or whatever) in time as you move up the scale. No, I was thinking the opposite, increase the time as you move up the scale. If you're going to get an 80% healthy player back in the match it should cost a little time.
Then maybe introduce a second set of injectors with no time lag or a decrease in time, but less healing.
-
Also along these lines, armor repair and shield repair seem to start once you are dead, not once you are revived. I could be wrong. Maybe there should be a delay before those things kick in.
-
Or maybe newbies get a bonus time decrease. If you have less than a certain total SP level the time used to kneel down is less. I kinda like this idea, newbies could get a double bonus. Help them get some SP faster and promote teamwork, by helping other players.

Good Day,
It's very hard to fix blueberry. Everyone thinks they are going to be the 20 kill guy with just the right combination of armor and shields and weapon.
Just getting someone to run an assault with a rep tool was rejected out of hand by some squad mates. Not wouldn't try out, not hey run it for a match or two. It was "no, you're crazy, I need nanohives for ammo." Even though they almost never run out of ammo or actually drop their nanohives.
Running a Medium to have both the injector and the Rep Tool, was also rejected out of hand. "You don't get the weapon bonuses of Assaults or Commandoes."
And quite frankly I don't think of these guys as Blueberries, they are not the best players out there, but they are good.
Hell, having folks hit the button to get revived is hard enough.

It's easier to train newbies. Get them to learn how to use, ie when to and when not to run out to inject someone.
