No major requirements necessary. Just have a mic and be active.
3% tax - Primarily for your support so no-one goes low on ISK. Helps get newberries set up and on a roll.
PC status - Not a huge mandatory thing. We run for fun and PCs are just to raid and get practice (For now). We have an experienced FC and PC experienced players.
Squads everyday (All FW included)
Recruiters get 1M per recruit should you wish to go ahead and do that. I pay for your efforts :)
Monthly best kills - 3M
Monthly best W/L ratio - 3M
Experimental weapons are given freely to members IF you run that type of weapon.
Generally trolling ourselves so if you dont get offended easily and are down for some lolz, you're a good fit to the team >:P
I have the ISK and Assets to keep you running any Officer you want for the next 2 years lol, so dont be afraid to ask, i take care of Ninjas.

You got it all wrong, i dont NEED to make money at all, whatever my guys get is out of my wallet personally, the tax is acting as a fund for new DUST players which goes to them to get a decent start to building their wallet and running suits that aren't frontline.

A corporation that taxes is a corp that can't compete, no matter how you put it. You can win one attack and make more than your tax could give you in a month. Trolling put aside I'm glad someone is willing to help new players. I was buy I just don't play enough anymore.
My tax has nothing to do with competing though lol, like i said i dont need to make ISK, the tax is just something for the newberries, none of my guys ever go poor, i will even go as far as boasting to have some of the richest players on DUST right now. I take care of everyone who is in my corp.
