It isn't really basic with maxed skills.
Most of what I see around here is just a bag of dicks in need of some kicks.
Dust really needs its high sec.

On topic for a moment, I kind of want SP to transfer because I don't want to completely waste that 1st year of grinding, But I'm willing to have it flushed down the drain. The only thing I really want to transfer is my BPO's even if they don't work as a infinite free suit anymore (having to spend resources to make the suit instead or something like that).

Exactly. Skills give a boost most players would prefer to deny. To a non maxed player, your basic assault suit has up to 25% more fitting capacity and gives up to 25% less dispersion & kick and up to 15% faster "rof" to your basic AR. Your basic AR has reduced fitting reqs, has it's own 25% kick & dispersion reduction, 15% more shield damage, and reloads 15% faster. Then whatever modules you've got on have their respective boosts and then you've got your core skills giving your armor, shield, cpu, and pg a boost. It kind of takes away from the bragging rights of "it's basic". Yeah against a maxed out player in proto yours is basic but against people that aren't it could be considered advanced and even almost proto when noobs are taken into account.

But everyone doesn't have maxed skills because believe it or not new players join this game all the time... most just don't stick around. And then there's people that haven't grinded their balls off or dropped hundreds of dollars to be able to max out everything they want, even older players, hell I'm only just about to reach 60mil (and I played about 4-6 hours a night, every night, for the 1st year I was playing) and I ran across a guy that started in open beta that said he only had around 25mil.
