That is I Dubbs and I had a good run at rebuilding a Corp, had great leaders all played amazing parts but sadly it came to an end so I quit but recently got on (Kain Spero/Demens/Anon/Silly) were the other leaders..it was seriously a fantastic ride

Most of the people who you will see here are post Uprising Geronimo. Though your more likely to spot closed beta vets here in the forms than in game. A lot of us left rather suddenly after release of Uprising, the rest after the following Fanfest disaster. There are a few of us left though.

I'll never forget the vets. Except for those I haven't seen in years, like Blondie Rhodes or Black Jackal. Or ooh, Cerebral Wolf, remember him trolling the forums? Those guys are on the cusp of being forgotten, but guys like you who have stuck around for ages I can't forget. I'm waiting to see if drop it or port it. If it's going to ps4, I'll be stuck here socialising with this lot for years. If it's dropped or ported elsewhere, I get to write a big heartfelt goodbye in general and fade into obscurity and onto other games.
Until such time, I spend most of my time on Gems of War Battlefield 4 on ps4 and backtracking through old games to snag trophies until I hear news.

There were some very skilled individuals and groups in this game that even if you move to other games with skilled players of their own it's not even close to the skill level. I say this from a console perspective since consoles tend to have high bullet magnetism nowadays. Meanwhile these crazy sobs from beta and early builds had to gun down people with little to no bullet magnetism, no aim assist and no scanners. So yes I remember the tea group and extended my respects to ya. Now I'm going to climb back into my comfy chair and go play ffxiv some more. I hope, that if one day a game like dust comes out that's unique and fun, that I will run into you all on the battlefield. Me with shotgun in hand and you all on the business end not the pleasure end.
