It is that time of the year, mercs!
Every day, each reward will be available from the time the server comes up until the time the server goes down for maintenance the next morning (11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC on the next day). After that, the next item is unlocked and the previous one will no longer be available. Finish at least three Daily Missions in order to get them, so team up and make sure you acquire the gear each day. It is the time to grab those 12 special daily mission rewards, plus an exclusive bonus reward on January 6!
Day 1 reward (December 25th 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "Very helpful. AAA +1. Would buy again."
Day 2 reward (December 26th 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "One would associate these more with a sugar than a salt."
Day 3 reward (December 27th 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "The ancient marauder: Perfected by Gallente, made for mercs by Allotek"
Day 4 reward (December 28th 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "It's a party-in-a-can at the altitude of your choosing!"
Day 5 reward (December 29th 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "Built from the ground-up to serve the glory of the Empire."
Day 6 reward (December 30th 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "Buy 70k Aurum and we'll... oh, heck, these are on us. Enjoy! "
Day 7 reward (December 31st 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "Unleash devastating DCMA power. No training required!"
Day 8 reward (January 1st 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "Great for melee, especially when 'pear'ing up with a Logi."
Day 9 reward (January 2nd 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "For your next drive-by. 8" Bazookas and Monoblock optional."
Day 10 reward (January 3nd 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "Not quite the king, but overpowered and intended to be."
Day 11 reward (January 4nd 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "Your enemy will learn to dread your black and red."
Day 12 reward (January 5nd 11:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC): "This is Hot Stuff that is normally only gained by the Hand of Fate."

Salt is an ionic bond, but a rep tool or needle is like drugs, sweet to have 'em and gives you energy! Logies would more properly use those than assaults.
Does the description for the rep tool or needle include mention of ions? (I.e. The type of bond of salt, which the item mentioned is more a sugar thanGǪ)

Do the rewards work multiple times per account?
I have one account with three characters and, multiple times in the past, I only got a single reward for an event even though all three characters met the requirements. Krin's damage modifier is the one that comes to mind. |

I think I'm just gonna stop playing for a couple weeks after each new "event" until those sore winners use up all their dumb suits.
CCP, can you please motivate players to spend money by perhaps adding better game modes, unlockable maps- or here's a thought, fixing the many gamebreaking bugs that have existed for years now?
Is exploiting sore winners and cheap unskilled players who insist on paying to win the only way you know how to earn?
Have some imagination.
Try programming Scotty the matchmaking A.I. to read the overall meta levels of both teams, and trying to keep them within 100 points of each other. That might help to balance it.
Is that all you brought? How disappointing. I was hoping for a challenge.

Aurum gear is not breaking the game whatsoever.
The problem is people leaving battles after they see a decent enemy team on the other side. This makes battles unbalanced.
The matchmaker works decent, but cowards break it anyways, so don't blame CCP. It's the game mechanics and the lust for high kdr's that will always work against any attempt to give you good battles.
Also Apex stuff is not op, you can't fit it like proto which is available for isk.

Try programming Scotty the matchmaking A.I. to read the overall meta levels of both teams, and trying to keep them within 100 points of each other. That might help to balance it.

Also, APEX suits are not OP at all. Skill into proto and mop the floor with them.

Red team's overall metalevel loadout is 3250 and blue team's is 1785. It's so damned lopsided.
In Ambush, lately my "Smart Deploy" spawns me directly in front of 6 reds.
The "random" deployment locations and installation drops aren't really random- they're the same 5 randomized spots all the time, and the veteran players just stand there in those "random" locations waiting for us to drop.
C'mon CCP. Get your **** together. It's not hard.
Is that all you brought? How disappointing. I was hoping for a challenge.

I dunno. That phrasing seems more like it'd be something you'd normally get alongside purchasing the 70k AUR. Like if you pay for a week at a hotel you'll get X in addition to that, or if you buy a brand new car your next X check ups are free and whatnot. I really don't think they're giving us 70k AUR, or even anything worth 70k AUR. Too many people have too many alts for them to just up and give expensive stuff like that out.

So the salt and sugar thing was the quafe suits and the perfected by gallente is our loved PLCs, yet the daily aren't challenging in any way, I finished 8/10 of my dailies right after downtime the first day of the event n I was pepped up. But really, no aurum  why??? And come on we should get an awesome end event reward please

Exactly, that was same with me and my Corp mates. My character has do all ten for 1 key, and then alt had 2 tanks for five missions. Lol That was what my corp mate had too! LOL Geesh ccp.. -_- |

Not the first time.
Remember that "Behave like a dickwad for a week and get pointless gear" event where people started behaving normally again after three days, only for the welcome message to finally update (three days afer the beginning of a week-long event!) and re-start the influx of people doing fun missions like "destroy 50 installations" or "hack 100 primary objectives"?
That one was FUBAR. |

Tbh I wish the game would be flooded with officer suits.
I would rather LOSE a fight against a new player in an officer suit because he outgunned me than killing 20 mlt suits in a row without even trying because my HP is 3 times as high.
The game is in a time where these things can and SHOULD be experimented with so that the next iteration is able to learn from the data when the game is stretched to its limits
The last thing we want is for these things to happen in the next iteration, so by doing it now we can learn from it and know with a good probability what kinds of effects they would have.
Preventative measures for the future, and it would be extremely fun to have everyone in battle running the best gear they possible can.
Would be similar to the whole jump mods change. It not only made the game more interesting and fun, but allowed us to find out what kinds of problems pop up and become annoying when a feature like that is implemented (i.e. people exploiting map features, explosive jumping spam, high armor suits that are still able to jump really high...)
