While CCP may have remained silent pre-FF2014 wit the introduction of CCP Rattati the DUST team has all but been all but silent, asking for feedback and providing us with updates and other information about upcoming patches and the FutureGäó (the Development Discussion Archives are a testament to this).

As for CCP the company, the EVE forums are constantly teeming with developers gather feedback and posting updates on the FutureGäó, so it's not applicable in any sense; lest you have a time machine to teleport to 2014.
