          Faction management network (needs warbarge level 6) It automatically stipulates lesser contracts with the major factions, generating loyalty points over time.
  Daily production: 30 + 20 * level
  This facility needs an extra menu fo lp assignment 
  Forgery Facility (needs warbarge level 7) It creates false keys for strongboxes. A false key has 65% of not working, in that case the box is still intact but you must use another key.
  Daily production: 1 + 1 * level
  Sub-system enhancements (need warbarge level 8) There is one for every facility situated in the upper row. Apart from augmented ammunition facility and forgery facility enhancements, they all upgrade their respective system in this way:
  Daily income increase: 5% + (5 * level) % Max capacity increase: 20% + (10 * level) %
  Augmented ammunition facility enhancement Bullets are more aerodynamical and travel a bit further
  Extra range for all ranged weapons: 1% +(0.8*level) %
  Forgery facility enhancement Forged keys now have a better chance of working
  Percentage of failure: -5% - (3 * level) %

          Please no more damage enhencements. I'd like the augmented ammo facility to go entierely, because it's just another advantage the vets get over the noobs. This kills new player retention.
  The most important thing we need, is more players. So no more imbalances betwheen older and newer players.
  I like the idea with the forged keys, especcially if they would destroy all boxes that don't open. Would be a way to get rid of the damn stockpile I have... |

          I like the idea. Especially the strong boxes. Why not just give us the use of a full decryptor[ key. I have over 1000 boxes. Even with a warbarge manufacturing keys, I wouldn't be able to go through as many as I gain. To get to the decryptor key facility takes a long time or aurum investment to make it happen. A good treat for loyal players.  I'm not sure about the range buff, although an ammo enhancement facility wouldn't be too bad. Extra grenade or an extra full mag of ammo at max rank would be nice.  Orbital bombardment Facility would be awesome. Decreases the WP needed to call down a strike.  DK production facility would give us normal players a taste and perhaps encourage us to participate in planetary conquest.  All in all. Good Ideas.

I haven't mentioned any additional damage. The one I was referring in the post is what we already have. NPE is simply not the subject in this discussion.

I think if CCP wanted us to open all the strongboxes at once, we would already have a solution. Greater magazine also came to my mind while I was writing, but I consider it useless, the weapon skill is imho enough. However, range buff has to be slightly perceptible, otherwise is without doubt overpowered. Orbital bombardment could be the secret facility, that you unlock only after getting all the others at level 2.

  My warbarge is at level 8. I have none.of that stuff.
 While everyone is focused on the objective, I'm the kamikaze hitting your installations like a cockroach.

   You'll still get your ass handed to you but Gallente players however you'll just make their quality of life that much better.

          Warbarge overhaul is one of my deepest Dust desires and I have a load of ideas for subsystems and how we can use them to expand our game, but the one I'm really enjoying the sound of in my head is the option to use a subsystem slot to open up an embassy for a racial faction of your choice, which to begin with provides modest support in your faction warfare endeavours. As you gain loyalty ranks it opens up new faction-specific gear, rewards and titles that can be purchased from the faction store, and levelling up the embassy itself can eventually change the appearance of the wrabarge as the relationship between you and your chosen faction steadily deepens. Eventually the embassy becomes like a second bridge, you're a fully-fledged citizen and you are rewarded with character-binding, non-tradeable and completely unique factional skins for all three suit sizes.
  It would be pretty amazing.
