You should be specific, you have to keep in mind that there are three separate types of heavy dropsuits. |

Yes it is, it is a specialized heavy frame otherwise players would not be required to level up the respective Racial Heavy Frame skill to unlock that respective Commando skill. Not only that but it has the same model and hitbox as a heavy with a different color scheme. |

So are you suggesting that the Commandos go to the undercover letter?
