In Eve-Dust 514, we have features in our NeoCom whose full function has up until now been pretty much ignored by players. CCP has not made a bit deal about explaining how the following features work, so can you research this with CCP and tell us what these features do?
The BLOCK-button in the Contacts menu: does it block a character from sending mail to your inbox? Or prevent Scotty from matching the two of you in the same game? Is the Block feature activated, and what does it do?
When you get a mail message that "Rattati of Versal Corp has considered you a player of Good Standing", what does it mean? Have you been earmarked by a prospective corp in some way that will show up on other players' NeoComs?
What does the "WATCH LIST" feature do in the Contacts menu: does it notify you of a character's presence in a match, or tell you that character has Logged-In on Dust today, or send any alert message to CCP about a character? Is the WATCH feature activated currently?
Universe of good wishes for the 49, especially CCP Eterne...

Blocking someone, as far as I know, will result in you no longer receiving mails from said person. It might also hide their chat comments from you, but I'm not sure about that, as I don't do much blocking lol.
Unfortunately, the only way to tell if you've blocked someone is to "Show Info" on him/her, and see whether or not you have the option to Block or Unblock.

That was an Eve player, adding you to his/her contact list which can be sorted by standing. In this way the Eve player can quickly determine whether the system he/she is in is populated by friends or enemies.
Congratulations on being granted Good standing, even though it doesn't come into play very often when it comes to Eve/Dust interaction.

In Eve, placing a player on your watchlist will allow you to receive a pop-up notification whenever that player comes online. That option was intended to work in the same way for Dust, but for whatever reason fell by the wayside and is now a relic of a bygone age.
The closest thing we have to Eve's system is PSN's Friend system, and that works fine for friendlies, but good luck adding sworn enemies to your "Watchlist" when they hate your guts
