Or make skirmish points closer together. Nothing is wrong with skirmish except that the points are too far apart on maps too large for the average amount of players in those games.
16v16 is ideal but even then skirmish maps can feel empty at certain times. Smaller clusters of points would make for fast paced and hectic gameplay. Like domination but without the same elements that frustrate people so.
Closer together points in skirmish could make for some great gameplay, reviving the game mode and giving players an option for fun and populated play outside of domination. I too echo the sentiments of people who say that domination has given them some of their most memorable games. I agree. |
