as it stands the turd known as the ScR is so shitty that its usage is so far below the other service rifles. It's pathetic. Does CCP have some kinda hate hard-on for the Amarr?

Make it viable on other suits, then let's talk. The only way to start balancing the Scr is by making it viable on more than just the Amarr Assault. As it stands, the Amarr Commando is the LEAST used Commando.

Well we have to balance the amarr assault bonus and THEN balance the ScR right after. The amarr assault is what is preventing proper balance on the ScR

Turbo Controllers were the downfall of the ScR.
It would be better to try and get a buff to the AScR.
Amarr Commando is good but the overheat on those damn guns is to high so it limits its anti-infantry utility.

Pretty sure their mad about HOW they balanced the weapon not necessarily the fact that it was balanced in the first place. It was balanced around the assault bonus, rendering the commando and the other suits being unable to use the scr

You cried because of the turbo users, they wrecked caldari so bad that you people cried a ocean. And now when ccp finally decided to pamper the caldari morons they nerfed the Scr (HARD). So what impact did this have? The turbo users din't care, they either quit or changed to another weapon or chase fotm. But what about the non-turbo users? Why must we suffer for the crimes we never committed? This is the cycle of hate not balance. We both know where Scr stands as of now, and I'm pretty sure that you must have tried to check how bad the nerf was. We Amarr are a superior race, pride is ever so rich in our blood. Scr will eventually get fixed and when that happens I'll make sure that yet another caldari ocean will be created even if I'd have to do it myself.
