We're aware of an issue with the Council's Modified Repair Tool missing from the assets of Mercenaries who received this item as a reward. Our DEV Team is actively working on this, and we hope this can be resolved as soon as possible, restoring the Council's Modified Repair Tool to the assets of every Mercenary who earned it fair and square.
