The difference from officer to proto is greater than the difference from proto to basic. Smh

It's nice :D 3! What's the stats with min logi 5? Not sure what the min logi bonus is. 56.25 HP/s dropsuit 93.75 HP/s vehicle 18m range (after buff Frame says is coming) Not bad for a BPO. Proto and Adv are still much better for keeping mercs in the line of fire alive, but this is the perfect "side arm" rep tool for topping people off between skirmishes.
Now... 18M range with Min logi level 5 for this three person rep tool at 12m... Oh, 15M totally wouldn't make it even more OP...
