I never said I didn't have gun game. I do, but it's annoying and such a scrub tactic. Even worse when. The bast.ards are stacked and have an explosive weapon.
But you haven't played in a while, it's getting worse.
GALLENTE assaults, 3 myos, 2 plates, 3 reps, fotm weapons. You damage them? They jump and jump to keep rep up. Every jump is a few seconds of repped armor back. At the end of the fight, you weren't fighting an assault, you were fighting a sentinel.

I don't actually defend the myojump in combat. I just find it funny when people whine about not being able to simply pull the stick up. Good thing I tend to engage targets at 20m average,where the assault rifle shines. Simply pull the stick up? Really? What MU bracket did you play in? I personally don't have much of an issue taking on Jumpy Assaults with Mass Drivers but I can assure you my strategy for combating those people involves a lot more than just pulling the stick up and taking aim. Incorporating fancy footwork is key to taking on Jumpy Assaults with Mass Drivers.

Here's how I deal with them.
If rifle, retreat, cook nade/charge ion, attack, finish off spamming with ar.
If md/fl, it involve previous step, but jumping as they fire. Problem is, Gallente have low stamina and most jumpy people now adays have agimus or pro, or even worse, assault md, meaning you are screwed unless you retreat. OP here hasent played in a while and doesn't now how bad it's getting.

Jumping is no less of a scrub tactic than strafing, damping, or stacking EHP. It's a different form of survivability, and a different playstyle all together. You think it's a scrub tactic because you don't do it.
So..... Amarr are scrubs cause they are ARMOR TANKERS!
Minmatar are scrubs cuz they are fast and can naturally strafe.
Caldari? Shield tank!
GALLENTE ? We can't damp now and avoid scans?

You do know sometimes those who wear myofibers don't always want to jump 8 meters in the air and be coming completely exposed.. Sometimes we just want to go up one or two steps, but this can't be done... A lot of complainers fail to recognize this.

Every suit jumps same height as if no myos are placed. To jump higher, you "charge". The longer you hold x, the higher you jump. Problem solved. More time to kill jumpy md.

Besides, what you said are racial specific. If anything since every race can use myos it's actually even more fair than those.
Mmmmm, yeah, but it's minmatar as said by some jumpers. And it's in min store.
