So hire someone who isn't in shanghai. Also it should have been posted when they took them away. Clearly someone was awake to take them from everyone, why not post something up about it just let let everyone know what's up?
When the power goes off in your house, you call the electric company right? You like to hear that they are working on it don't you? I bet it's great when you even get a response... Just imagine calling them up and no one picking up the phone, literally just leaving you in the dark.
It's not only this one occasion, either, we both know CCP has horrible public relations with their consumers, most prevalent in the Dust 514 community.
I would volunteer to be the guy who lets the public know what's going on if CCP would just drop me a line, a simple message, and let me know what's up. A little bit of assurance goes a long way and keeps people from getting so upset.
