I am holding them ransom for 126m.

Due to an attempt to steal all my stolen tools, prices have went up to 176m to help pay for the extra offsite security and transportation fees.

Oh that's easy. One of the doors leads to the EvE ship hangar. It's locked on Dust, but he must have found a way out. He can't go through the other door into the station because the environment is toxic.
So he must have gone through the hangar door, to the noob ship that will be waiting for him (everyone has one), flown to the other hangar, hacked the door, stolen the rep tools and flown back. :) |
