I bring that long long time ago like idea for heavy minmatar weapon, sadly it was lost in time like tears in rain :(
But Ratataman can use that idea like something for racial turets for recolored tanks.

Ratati told some time ago variant where they just recolour tanks, because they do not have memory for implementation of models.
Sadly, but eve jusr racial turets can be awesome.
