So, leaving server issues aside (SOONtm) the community needs to get their act together in Molden Heath, currently it is a blob of districts with little use made of it bar some insisting on farming a dying game  Why not make it fun ??
Before the sun bled out, DMG were risking their ass to attack AE/FA knowing we could get REKT but going in there to fight with how agreeing to groupsex with them turned out, having NO fights almost drove me insane   
Afterwards, it has left a lot less activity, so are the active Corps just going to sit there and make a new mess ??
- SOG, PoK, AoU, PG, WR, DMG, L0L, Cap, US, EB and ToP hold 150 districts.
Between them.. how many fights are going on ?? 11 Corps, 150 districts.. I'll guess 5 battles a week?
Splitting up the Starmap is the best way to generate activity, there are a number of methods..
The only problem is players and Corps not willing to agree, or put in the effort to maintaining it 
Coming up with a limit on District total to about 5% I do not see being unreasonable with low activity.
There are these 11 Corps and almost another 20 in Dust514 that can field teams, back off and let them.
- The smaller/newer Corps need to HTFU and remember that no team is unbeatable
recently after a night with 5 PC's, 3 wins vs top opponents, and a loss to Wolf Pack
we went in careless and were met by a Corp dedicated to winning the match. GG
That's the main thing newer Corps lack, the dedication to actually fight a battle. HTFU.

Can a corp with 100cp and no players be used for more attacks? I'd like to fight.
Only done one PC cuz 1 no full team, 2, time zone, 3 lag.
If this isn't a problem, for the sake of more fights, if like to participate as a CP donator.

I'm surprised no one has cried blue donut yet considering half those corps are in the same alliance and Prima AoU and War ravens never come off their time zones |

It would be, but the simple fact is very few of the remaining Corps give a crap about fighting for/with each other
So getting some kind of system in place for good fights would help change that.
So far, no-one is blueing up to take anything, though DMG LLC alliance now has a large % of the PC playerbase, and there are still the classic vets who will go in together or not at all who are still somewhat active. The smaller active Corps could make use of PC if the larger Corps back off, it's pretty damn simple.. but as Dust User points out...
I have to keep coming back here trying to spell it out for you guys that fighting should be the focus in game.

Tell someone who cares I was never involved but it seems that has only ever been a fail.
I'm am asking that we set Klingt System to a platform for teams internationally, giving them access to fighting each other and by dividing the planets into regions, having contest between Corps from their respective timezones.
- The main active teams killing each other.
Backing off from the smaller activity and giving them growth room makes perfect sense.
All it takes is agreement and it is no hassle to prepare but too many do not care apart from self interest.
I just want things to line up nicely so I can kill all of you, is that too much to ask ??

PFC is a joke. People don't fight on it. And if they do, and somehow one side starts to lose, they hire ringers.
