How I would give to play again. Id give away whatever isk and bpos I have just to play one more match. Even if its Dom. I would tear the enemy team a brand new assshole.
Quit whining about lopsided matches. It works to your advantage. Sneak in a scout suit near the point, set up uplinks. Spawn in your 7 meat sheild blueberries. DO NOT HACK TILL YOU HAVE ALL YOUR BLUEBERRIES. hack the point, rush out to kill one or two of the incoming reds, die. Return as logi on your uplinks(be an amarr logi) Hold the point and keep your team supplied. I've got a damn PhD in blueberry herding tactics. They might be trash, but at least they can shoot a a gun.
Just keep throwing blueberries at the point and the enemies can't hack it. I've had matches were I threw enough blueberries at the point and because we had only 8 of us the enemies 15 mercs failed to clone us before we wrecked their MCC.
Remember that they might be lacking the ability to even do basic level things, but they do know that shooting at reds get them points. So they will shoot at reds.especially ones hacking the point. Milita weapons are still weapons.

I was down for two months there due to burnt out USB ports.
I've been running MLT since I got back. The only time I go pro now is to sprinkle spawn flakes all over the battlefield. I put in some long range fire support till enough blues spawn. Then I swap back to a std assault.
Step 3: profit

Herding 101.
Blueberries(stupiidus blueberrious) are generally dimwitted by nature. Constantly requiring ammo and healing to keep them effective can become rather costly.
Being effective with them is a challenge within itself. Sometimes its a proto stomper team on the enemy side. Other times its a officer stomp.
The basics of herding are determined by your ability to place uplinks, nanohives and capability to shoot reds yourself.
Tip 1:uplinks. These are important. No matter what anyone says. Destroy enemy uplinks and deploy your own in easy to defend areas. The ability to bring in a teammate just by planting a peice of equipment,is a crucial ability.
Tip 2:nanohives. Blueberries, being idiots, tend to wear milita front line suits strapped with weapons that require constant ammo resupplies. Bring plenty of nanohives and set them near the point. Defend them.
Tip 3: suppressive fire, milita weapons, despite being weapons have poor reload speed, max ammo, and clip size, make it easier for your blue berries to kill people by spraying at reds to weaken them. Generally a assult rifle works well but other weapons can pull it off.

Tip 1 is so much yes.
I'm that guy.
The guy who runs up on an uplink being camped and tosses a nade. Who runs right up to cru while they spawn and holds O.
The longer you camp one spot, the more out of control the rest of field becomes. New berries need to learn to keep moving.
The raider mission says it best.

Emergency measures 101
Sometimes the difference in gear can break through the flow of blueberries.
And that difference Is hard to counter alone. And this is where other methods must be used.
Remote explosives,mass drivers,grenades.
Aoe attacks discourage enemies from approaching. Well placed remote explosives hidden near the point, when detonated can tear huge holes in enemy attack forces. Mass drivers and grenades can kill or weaken enemies while the splash damage makes it easier for your blueberries to score kills.
While these tactics are underhanded, will still be effective against infantry. And besides. The reds are proto stomping,so why not give them an explosive knock to the ego?

Riot suppression course A.
In this course we discuss the various ways to defend the point and your blueberries agaisnt enemy assault.
This course requires predictions of enemy suit weaponry.
If all of the enemies are just infantry with no anti vehicle capability, call in a milita tank fitted with a plate, hardener and a repair module. Use the blaster cannon to harrass the reds and weaken them, absorb as much damage as you can unless the enemy can get av to the feild, then bail out and return to the point.
This buys you crucial time for the null cannon to damage the enemy mcc even further

I usually pull my scout c-l dampened at that point.
No sense in NOT making some isk simply because your team has folded.

Riot suppression course b.
If you enemy has brought in a tank and you can't weild a swarm launcher due to being a logi with ony one weapon(and run the risk of popping all equipment to run an av suit) Then this method(is totally evil) requiring a milita drop ship and the remote explosive I mentioned earlier. Strap some explosive(like very strong explosive) on the ship and make note of its position as the way you perform this method relies on your ability to guage distances.
Take off,and fly high above out of swarm range and the firing angle of the turrets of the enemy tank and any enemy installations.
Now you plummet like a rock. The trick is to fall fast enough in the right direction that your remote explosive lands within range of the enemy tank.
The timing when to bail is tricky as you need to either drop the ship close enough to where you can detonate the explosives and still hit the tank before you must inertia damp(this method will kill you)
Or drop the ship on the tank and land first before detonating the explosive. Make sure you are carrying av grenades in case the tank survives.
Or the third way is to land directly on the tank, obscuring the drivers sight, jumping out, toss your av nades and detonating the explosives in a simultaneous matter before the tanker can react.
Ha!You can't kill me! I'm already dead!

Riot suppression course c.
With a milita lav and remote explosive you can seriously make the enemy team rage.
Call in a lav back at ground spawn and strap remotes to the front in hard to shoot places. And the sides. (A bomb truck, lol)
When the enemy is camped at the point and you want to clear them out, this lav is all essential.
Take the bombtruck you just made, and make sure its got the HP to live through a few shots. And make sure there's a fuel injector.
Circle the point and find an opening and cluster of enemies. Hit your fuel injector and barrel into the most important of them(logis, officer suits,or their heaviest heavies) If they live jump out and detonate the explosives(make sure they're f-45 grade or higher to really pack on the damage.) You might die but you'll have the satisfaction of knowing how awesome you just looked. And the kills.
