Recently had a support ticket which I sent via the support email. I am a customer service professional and from that standpoint I am really impressed with the handling of my ticket. Archduke responded in a very concise manner. He demonstrated in his choice of words that he understood my query and correctly addressed it. Plus his email had great voice and he was personal and pleasant. Overall a great experience. Thanks, GM Archduke.

Archduke has always answered my tickets verry quickly & always concise. And he continues to post on the forums even with the trolls who strive to drive him away. He has mad respect from me.

True but archduke is more active on the forums. I wish all devs were as active as archie. I know logibro is always lurking but I always enjoy a ccp employee's post. I think the trolls are just too annoying for them. I can't blame them. I would ipban the abusive ones

Logibro is mainly EvE focused probably the one who birthed the EvE sp pack idea. Most devs only know pay to win but its just the culture shift of convience over effort that plagues everything in games these days.
...and yes I said in an earlier post I'd never troll Archie again. But the rest of em are open season!

The way this thread is labeled I almost that that we were talking as if gm archduke had stats. What level is he at anyway? Std,adv,pro,officer?

I can safely say this pretty much mirror's my interaction with GM Archuduke, through the ticket system.
Highly recommended that you contact GM Archduke if you are having any serious problems, or any questions about your merc/account.
