Slow motion grenade throw with cloak off

Drax 5Drax5 Secretly Allianced Mercs 9	Posted - 2015.11.18 02:25:00 - [1] - Quote This has been bothering me ever since the speed penalty on cloaking device was implemented and has never been mentioned in any thread I have read so I will mention it and hopefully it will get changed somehow. At first I thought that you would only get speed penalty with cloak on but you receive it when it is also off. So in other words, if you have a cloaking device equipped but not activated it slows down all your action. When this happens the grenade throw animation gets slowed down and it is just ridiculous to take 5 sec to throw one grenade off your hand, you would suicide if it finished counting down before you threw it .
