If you use a sniper caldari scout, what do you put in your low slots? I have my everything figured out but that.
My current fitting is:
Highs: 2x complex light damage mods, 2x krins mods (because the krins mods give more damage than the 3rd and 4th complex mod)
Weapon: Proto Sniper of choice, Proto bolt pistol
Grenade: Lai Dai Packed AV grenade (for that racial loyalty)
Equipment: ADV cloak field, STD nanohive
Lows: ?

For your fit, kincats & damps. Get to the good vantage spots quick & stay below scans & passives. My sniper scout is pretty simple.
Cal hawk apex
Quafe SR
Krins dmg mods in highs

Well, I have the covenant sniper rifle so I guess that's good. Kin cats and damps huh? Got it. Sounds like my previous min scout low slots.

I'm thinking about a cardio reg because I move around every two kills I get and cal scout runs out of stamina fairly quickly

You confuse yourself my friend. A sniper scout does not lurk in the redline, he is on the frontline providing long range suppression for his team.

I would have a precision enhancer in your highs. My old sniper scout would get snuck up on every once in a while, usually by an enemy scoot placing links out in BFE.
If you use a cloak while transitioning to a new perch, I would use a Cardio Reg and a Damp. If you don't use a cloak, then I would use Kin Cats.

A sniper as a scout don't need sidearms... whell i don't need it.
My cald scout normally runs with 3 complex light damage, 1 myo, adv nanoh, adv cloack, 2 complex damp and the sniper rifle... i like more to use ishukone.
Sidearm is nothing... Mobility is relative... precision on their redhead is everything.

I suck at sniping so take my advice with a grain of salt, but I would change one of your dam mods for a myofibril so that when you're running around the mountains you're less likely to get caught on a stupid hill.
for low slots, one complex cardiac, and the best damp you can fit. CalScout is already fast, you just have to make sure she stays fast with more stamina. and the Damp makes it easier for you to hide, or sneak into enemy territory.
when she was good, she was very good indeed,
but when she was bad she shot you in the face.
