Hey archduke... Remember that old topic you locked about a glitch I was selling???
Well didn't sell it.... Not did I "use" it again.
So I'll just put it here to be fixed.
Glitch- infinite redline time
Steps to activate.
Person 1- call lav
Person 2- run to redline
Person 1- when person 2s redline time is low, drive into redline to person 2 and let person 2 into lav.
Person 2- enter vehicle and leave vehicle. Redline timer resets. Infinite redline time. Just need an lav.

I haven't tried it lately, I will assume it still does, but don't know for sure.
