That being said, this is the best CCP can create for logis considering their limited tools available to them. WPs are actaully attainable to logis without having to swap roles entirely and it's a damn decent bit better than earning 514 ******* kills. The repair tool will be the first non-militia repair tool BPO, as far as I know.
TL;DR - It's not perfect, but "some is better than none" as they say.
