Honestly from the number of scrubby corps you have helping you, i wouldn't be surprised if you just end up giving PoK isk.
The only corp i can see there that's capable of beating PoK is ToP, the rest i either don't know or count as minus points.

Rust has actively tried to help everyone at one point if you weren't on top, given free districts and ringers, and generally try to be nice guys. Which is why I personally don't like them, no competitive edge, bunch of care-bears. They're honestly not good for PC, or at least this way of thinking.

If ToP never attack, how would they be helping in a 'mass attack'?
By 'mass attack' do you really mean 'send a few clone packs'? Because as far as i'm concerned a mass attack isn't a mass attack until at least 10 battles are happening within an hour. The rest is just stacked timers or a pathetic attempt at trying to be relevant.
