Only logical to do so.
RIGHT NOW, the only way I see to get in-touch with the CPM would be to mail them in-game or happen upon a post on the forums they are currently engaged in.. then get the topic thrown off course because you wanted to ask them something that has nothing to do with the current topic.
BTW, any word on being able to punch a hole through an HAV's hull and rip out the braking mechanisms so it runs over redberries?

No, there is no official channel for the CPM, which may be an oversight, but there are some logistical issues with it that occurred to at least me after the election that lead me to not want to bother.
I can't speak for anyone else, but I am constantly at the maximum amount of channels I can have open at a time (as in, one more and the game will hard freeze on me constantly), and I try to keep cycling them based on activity (with the occasional expeption of a friend's channel I try to have due to nostalgia), if not for anything else, for the selfish reasons of wanting to have people to squad with and keep up with as many old friends as possible. Doing so means I am in channels with quite a large amount of people, though of course there is some overlap.
Thing is... in game channels are not a terribly effective way of communicating at all times. If the channel is busy, messages scroll past quite fast, and if one is in battle and not just staring at chat screens (and I personally try to, you know, play dust when I'm on) entire conversations can happen without you seeing them.
I read all ingame mail I receive, though I don't necessarily reply to all (for various reasons), but if you send me a mail as a CPM and are at least somewhat courteous, I will not ignore it.
I also have made various out of game avenues of communication available, my skype, twitter and gmail info can be found on these forums.
And, yes, I have never been a massive forum warrior, so my post count will never reach epic numbers, but I do my best to keep an eye out on the forums and reply when I actually have something to say ;)
