Give everyone, 270 million SP, 1 trillion isk, 1000 copies of EVERYTHING and yes I mean EVERYTHING, then when the blueberries keep getting stomped they can't complain about a skill gap.

I think they're doing that on November 14th. Also that day, they're giving away a blueprint bullet-proof cloak that works on any size frame, costing no PG, CPU, or equipment space.

EVE has a test server for players to try stuff out on. Why couldn't DUST for such things?

Due to the fact we are stuck on the PSN, to make a test server they would have to ok it with Playstation. Even more work and even more hassle for the devs than now. |

Due to CCP's contract with Sony, the test server has to be verified by Sony before it can be placed on the PSN network.
Just belly of the beast and a lot of retape involved.

... uncertain, and usually pretty dissapointing.
