It's supposedly bugged to not give you more then a 5% increase in damage but that will probably be fixed because some people used aur to upgrade that factory.
Somebody do math and stuff to show us all how having stat factories on top of the isk/sp/skill gaps in this game is an amazing idea and more stat factories would be great. Let me have a bigger advantage over the fresh academy graduates. More speed or hp would be cool.

Level 8 would give you a 10% damage bonus to your primary weapon damage, if it wasn't bugged.
Component costs is what is going to get you. (*estimated)
Warbarge level level 6 = 9k components level 7 = 12k* level 8 = 15k*
Subsystem unlock level 5 = 51k (21 days upgrade cooldown) level 6 = 92k (*42 days) level 7 = 151k* (*84 days) level 8 = 232k*
However, you will have to wait several months to get there unless you want to pay millions of components to bypass all cooldown timers.
If that is something you wish to do, buying hacked decryption keys is a better investment strategy for gaining components than buying them directly.

A lot of Dusties felt the augmented ammo was far too close to being a pay to win mechanic. That being said, I've been gradually buidling up warbarges on all my characters to get them to 4-5% damage.

It's supposed to go up to 8% (which is better than a CPX Light), but it currently doesn't.
I just noticed u screwed up on my OP. I meant with the bug, not without. Derp.
