I messed up my hip yesterday, didn't try to pop it back in myself this time. It popped out, the way it was out i couldn't tuck my leg under me to stand up & walk, so i had to shuffle around a bit. Was as comical as it was painful. Better today. 
Yup. Complete rotational abilities again.(well not complete,if I had complete then I would snap it)
Can't decide on napping or watching anime(or hentai as blaziken says)
