Districts holder are no risks .
To hold Many district ,it become easy to protect it and becomes without being frightened by danger.
I want to do suggestion to make the cost that district maintenance costs.
Cost is CP.
The barrier of the district needs 200CP per hour.
4,000CP is necessary to functionalize a barrier normally per one day
"The barrier of the district” named like “District charter” .
“District charter” can buy marketplace by CP.
If losing “District charter”,the invasion of the Pliantly conquest is in a possible condition regardless of time
For Planetary conquest becomes with fun. |

Thanks replies.
PC is highest contents and elite can get the district. Yes I think so ,too.
But some of many district holders are too many it and cannot manage it.
And some of many district holders are unsuitable for the number of people.
It is necessary to review it.
District charter is showing a management skill .
It is expansion without the end, or bring about profit solidly?
CEO and members argue and decide directionality.
I want to change a present stiffening state. |

o7 I'm back.
We get first district two weeks ago ,and lost yesterday.
By 'unite serious players' .
We challenge again and again.
We wanna very serious players.
But we feel some point should be improved.
1.Big corporation are in strain state each other.
The present conditions are a friendship each other and maintain a safe position.
Friendship is not bad . But we cannot enter it in this newly.
2.More districts or ' Level of district'
I check DOTLAN several times . PC is in the oligopoly state.
A selected thing fellow shares a limited territory. in safety.
How about if I establish the level in the district?
Like a clone vats,and quality.
This method brings new movement in each corporation.
3district charter
There are not the activity results, but a ghost company owning a district exists.
The subsidiary of the Ally has many these phenomena.
This problem must be solved.
It must be shared with a more defiant player.
We wanna serious players .
But now , short of fun as contents only by the worthless exchanges being carried out on a decided rule.
