Over the past 3 days just about every Gallente FW match I have played my team and I have dominated. It seems like no one stands a chance against the Gallente right now. |

When I'm running CK0 with RR I wreck GK0s. Cal assaults with range and op shielding are untouchable. Loose your shield just duck for a sec and boom you're full while that GK0 is still struggling with overall health. If in cqc matches wreck em with scouts and freedom hmgs. They did get a buff but not what Cal got with shields. |

I would agree. I have seen match after match where my Caldari side have been trounced time and again. Very discouraging and demoralising.
On another note, though, I've been told just today that it's all a big lie - the matching system puts you on whatever team it needs to, in order to balance the match, and just tell you that you're fighting for the Caldari. Have any of you any insights into this? I've noticed, for instance, that while the matches are populating, I will often be on the Gallente side which I took to be simply an artefact of the matching system, as by the time the match started, my team was renamed State Peacekeepers. Is this all just an elaborate hoax?
For me, the only thing that makes Dust "real" to me is the FW - I'm an EvE player and we're very serious about FW there. I'd love to think that Dust FW is real, but it seems it may not be.... |

You have got to be kidding me. I been playing GFW for the last week and not one person can get more than 5 kills while cone con papas are using officer to wreck going 40 to 50+. Iv tried taking one of them on and they out damage me every time.
So idk what you are on but i want it too and i want to be in your winning circle since losing all the time sucks. We dont even get a standing just for participating.

Ugh thats bullsh!t i keep getting wtecked by CFW when im going for GFW. Yall should see connie con papas corp wrecking for the caldari faction. One time they went 140 to 17. I cant get a good gallente faction battle to save my life. This is total garbage.

It's a shame I can't do FW. There's never any battles when I play. Heck, my last ever FW was before loyalty points were introduced. How is it now??? Really have been wanting to try to do again. Pubs do start to get boring at times. FW is more intense.
But again, can't play them -_- not PC, no team and to laggy

cant even get into gal fw during the days. need more fw battles to run.. its so empty the only reason why my faction steamroles is we got more officer stompers.
im actually after the spartan assualt suit though...
but asides all that if the gal assault with assault rifle was op. id be able to rek everying at the std level.
because im maxed out in those skills specifcally.
but that isnt the case. i do more killing with my mlt gal heavy suit with std assault hmg.
great potential is always there..
it just has yet to be realized

I think your confusing poor hit detection with skill. His aim is above average for certain but he exploits some the most advantageous glitchs in the game.
That does not put him in the class you described.

A couple of nights ago I jumped into a squad for a few matches but besides that I have been running solo. |

I have noticed this too but I had been hoping it was a display error. One match in particular I noticed that it listed me on the Caldari side and when I looked around the Warbarge all I saw was a bunch of Caldari; I was like "dafuq is this?" . Once the match started though it had me listed as fighting for the Gallente.
I better only be fighting for the Gallente. |

I haven't been around long enough to determine which players and corps are typically Caldari and which are Gallente, so I've been going by the name of the team which is always correct by the time the match starts. But you say you see you're on the same team as a bunch of Caldari. Can you identify them as that or are you just going by the team name? If you can identify them as Caldari, perhaps that indicates you are actually fighting for Caldari, just the game system is telling you you're fighting for Gallente?
Like you I am determined to only fight for my chosen faction. I would not at all be happy with finding out I'm actually fighting Gallente. I frankly thought the possibility was ridiculous when I first heard it. How could CCP be so crass as to do this, just to "balance" a match? But the more I think about it, the more I wonder. |

Yes we know he is based in Asia, so his latency might be screwy. But I'm in middle America and never lose sync with him.

Join the Lucent Echelon chat channel for Gal FW. Though I am usually running solo when I do squad up I squad up in that channel. |

In the match that made me go "WTF?" I noticed a bunch of Caldari hanging around in the Warbarge before the match so it told me that these people had a Caldari suit selected as their favorite instead of a Gallente Suit. That one match it seemed like I was the only Gallente walking around in the Warbarge. |
