Most pilots I've spoken to agree that DUST is not what it should be and deserves to be given more respect. Besides, it would be good to do it to increase publicity of the strike. You all need to take a proactive stance by spreading the word in game to as many people as possible. Talk to your CEOs. Spam them until they send corp mails ordering strike action. Tell everyone.
