Recreating the thread oki there is you on spot i missed that.
Why my post was deleted was just another question.
Overall i undertand to CCP policy to do not talk about CCPs strategy openly with playerbase.
Trying to give some constructive help here:
English is a ... tricky language where many words can have similar meanings but give a different intended tone.
As an example: Fine, Sure, Okay, Will do, Understood, and Affirmative all say effectively the same thing. However the choice of which word over a text only format has taken to mean certain tones (intended or not) with a response of just "Fine" indicating some level of annoyance or frustration, where as "Okay" is considered more neutral to positive.
Going back to your original post while you may have been trying to ask a question the words you chose, and the phrasing of the sentence structure suggested not so much a question as it was an accusation or fear mongering.
Let's take your original title and break it down:
"Merge of servers confirmed?! (end is near)"
Taking the first part "Merge of servers confirmed?!", this seems to indicate not so much a question but an accusation / statement of fact. The use of ?!, while grammatically incorrect has taken to mean an incredulous tone. (I.e not believing something). There in such a tone the ? no longer indicates a question, but disbelief over a fact.
Thus taking the sentence as a whole you seem to be indicating that the merge of servers has in fact happened, and you can not believe this has taken place. This is not the proper way to ask a question as it instead seems to be that you are making a statement.
On to the second part "(the end is near)" seems to plainly evident that you are indicating this thread to have some connection to a "DUST is dying" thread. (Such things have existed since early beta. Side note, anybody remember when Titanfall was going to kill DUST 514? Good times)
This is an inflammatory statement and not one conducive of calm and rational conversation. It is best just to remove it.
Taking this into account, and assuming you are honest in your wish to ask a question a better way of phrasing it would have been:
"Are Servers being Merged?"
This asks your question in a polite, neutral way that can allow for a discourse to occur. You may be wrong in your assertion, but now it does not seem to be making a statement or admission of fact.
Edit: I wouldn't recommend doing that now though, the chance was lost. Instead take this as a learning opportunity.
