Cant just mess with every other class to attempt to nerf one specialty role. Stop. If you want to say nerf jumping mass drivers just say that, dont bring up bad ideas ruining other roles.

Most Shotgun/Nova knife scout/assassin builds

Pretty much the list is mainly Gal and Amarr, with a few others.

Giving Plates a stamina penalty would hurt Sentinels if it affected their stamina pool and recovery.

Stamina penalty to armor plates is not necessary. It is not justified. Armor is just as good as shield play styles. Both are dependent on map layout unfortunately.
Use PRO or ADV precision mods, use ADV or PRO active scanners, use red and green biotic mods to run away. These will help you deal with jumping players with armor mods. They are slow, they can be scanned and ambushed at medium-close range. They can be out run.
Use mods that help give you an advantage. |

Most have some combination of Mass Drivers, Plasma Cannons and Flaylocks and rely on splash damage, so I don't think this penalty would even be noticed by them.

I gotta laugh...all of these silly roundabout ways to fix the jumpy fits....why not just fix the root of the problem which is the jump mods? lol

Fat suits shouldn't need a module to get the basic mobility that it provides. Most of the Heavy Suits could use a reasonable increase to base jump height.

Agree, but i'm talking about the things you fit, not basic stats, i've nothing against if a heavy suit could jump a little bit higher by default, sometime little steps can trap heavies and that is not cool, i would also agree in depenalize HP mods on heavies, since having HP it's their intended role.
