I could be wrong but I do not recall any going out strictly for spotlights.
Of course spotlights are generally in them as filler.
Either way I do not see a newsletter coming for a while. I say this only because I think the only newsletter that would be any good is some legitimate new content.

I'm under the impression there won't be anymore. CCP doesn't care about the game, they're just trying to squeeze what money they can from the players as the game crashes and burns.
