And i honestly think it should be great some train with newbs.

For hack 10points
For taking up 10 points
For kill 5 points

For resuply 2 points
For fix/heal 1 point

And all that with std/mlt with proper skill limit.

Even if you do nothing on the battle field you still get sp and isk. I think its fair for the services you provide as well as the time taken out of your day to do it. Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

I had the same thought but if CCP made it so you dont do damage or take damage then i dont think it will be a problem. The point is to train the blueberry, not to do the work for em. They can watch me strafe but other than that everything else will be on them to pick up on. Only roll would be to use command squad directive, talk through mic for verbal instruction, and use a laser rifle that cant kill as a pointer. I cant do damage or take damage in any way shape or form. I dont think it would pose a problem for this to be achieved. Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

This IS what the original Devs wanted us to do: take a realatively "blank and wide open" gameplay arena, make up our own careers, make up our own solutions to enemy-player problems, rig-up our own "teaching corps", and our own ingenious coaching methods for teaming up, recruiting types of players, and protecting other types of players. Back in 2012 many players tried (and succeeded) in doing that... but they couldn't convince enough Newberry players that it was worth it to listen to their advice, listen to the MIC instructions during the battles, and spend time in "practice classes". (Yes, we used to use one of the global servers as a training area for new players---so ingenious and cool!) I'm not sure if this new set of Devs still hold onto that hopeful concept, but all the tools are still there. (well, MOST of the tools are stile there). ....You only need to take these good ideas you're having, and put them into a scheme. Use one of your available character slots to make a "Teacher Character", transfer ISK to the character from your other alt, and sincerely use that Teacher-Character to try different "training" ideas on the players in Battle Academy. Id use a LAV or Dropship on occasion to transport players to where they need to go. Blueberries are not stupid. In fact some pick up on the game and have killed while i have transported them. Verbal coms helps and sometimes just shooting in a general direction of a installation gets them going on the right track. But there needs to be more because if you dont know what a CRU or a Supply Depo is or looks like the audio dialog makes no sense and is ignored. Maybe if while being hacked flashed like you see on the main objective it might gelp make more sense. Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)
