This is an idea I came up with just a few moment ago.did some slight figuring and creative thoughts and came up with the following copy pasted thing I typed up on the way home.

Keep in mind that this is pretty rough,I only just thought it up. And its all just a suggestion so don't get butthurt and cry foul. Trying to stay productive here.

I'm definately on board with all scouts having the same dampening bonus.
In fact, no need for it to be a bonus, just reduce all scout base profiles by 5db.
Remove Gal and Cal damp bonus.
New scout bonuses:
Gal - 4% precision per level (3% is pretty useless).
Cal - 10% scan range per level (no change).
Min - 5% hack speed per level
Amarr - 20% stamina and stamina recovery per level. Closer to a complex module, like the other bonuses.
Buff nova knife damage by 25% to make up for the min scout's bonus loss.
Buff range extenders to 25% at complex.
Nerf focused scanner range by 50%.
That should put things in a better place. Low profile is crucial to a scout. It's very difficult to balance things when some scouts are lower profile than others. |

Gallente shouldn't have precision. At 4%, that's close to Amarr's 5%. We should keep the dampening bonus, even if the numbers have to be changed.

This very topic has been discussed several times over a great many months.
There is only so much to talk about, and after a certain period of time, having the same old chat gets old.
I would rather get in on convos that are new, or have something to offer in terms of learning something new at this point.
Unless a Dev is involved or I know the conversation will carry some weight in the near future, which I don't presently see in this environment.
