So, today I got my CalAss OP to 5 right? It's bonus before Hotfix FF was a reload bonus. Now it's a Dispersion bonus right?
I have no Points in Bolt Pistol Rapid Reload. Today I realized... After getting My CalAss Op to 5 My bolt pistol reload went from Grandma to Super Speedy fast on my CalAss...
CCP Done did goofed.
That or I am getting Paranoid...

It was not a dispersion bonus, it was a Rail Rifle kick reduction ADDED to the reload bonus. The Caldari Assault never lost its bonus, it gained a bonus.

Read title & thought of the Brutor & Thukker skins. I prefer Lactaid Assassin tho. Like how its called that but its all black suit, weird.
Lightning its too bad i can outrange you & tear your armor & shields apart. Unless your a hybrid GA with ARR... then I'll just use Kaalikiota instead of Ishukone. The tables have turned. Sides when you don't have armor to lug around you have better bob & weave and cover knowledge. I kid. I don't think GA is OP its just a beast now.
Still won't use it, been called four eyes far too many times. As a CA & MS I'll always be more wary of an AA then Gal. Now a GA with SCR however...
